NO REGULAR SUNDAY EVENING SERVICES DURING THE SUMMER

YOUTH SUPER-SUNDAY.

July 6th from 4:00 ~ 8:00 pm at Spring Valley Lake. If you need transportation please meet at the church. The vans will be leaving by 3:30 pm. Hotdogs, chips and dessert will be provided. If you have any questions please contact Tim or Judy at 330-1057.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

July 14 ~ 18 6:00 ~ 8:30 pm. Volunteers are needed in the following areas: Preschool helpers; Mission helpers; Luau game booth attendants; Luau set-up and take-down helpers. VBS also needs plastic drinking water bottles, silk flowers donations and the loan of ukuleles, maracas, drums, etc. If you are willing to loan any of these instruments for music time please put your name on them and bring them to the church office by July 14th. We also need AV Equipment for Missions education. Don't forget you can pre-register for VBS on this website.

VBS TROPICAL LUAU:

Friday, July 18th. The Luau is the final closing celebration of the VBS week. This is an ALL CHURCH EVENT. Potluck sign-up sheets are circulating through Sunday School classes and there is also a sign- up sheet in the Narthex. Please check out the menu and see what you might bring. COOKIES FOR COFFEE TIME:

Cookies for coffee time on July 6th will be provided by Adult 2- Bailey's Sunday School Class. Cookies for next Sunday, July 13th will be provided by Adult 4 - Baumgartner's Sunday School Class.

OPPORTUNTIES FOR SERVICE:

We have the following opportunties for service available: CHILDREN'S CHURCH TEACHER AND HELPER every 5th Sunday. If you are interested please contact Julie Bailey at 208-835-5180 or jabailey@cpcinternet.com; TWO VOLUNTEERS TO COUNT THE OFFERING- This duty would require a once a month commitment. If you are interested in being considered please contact the church office; CHURCH TREASURER- We currently have someone doing the bookkeeping and distribution of funds but we need someone for budgetary oversight and direction. Perferred qualifications are a background in Finance Operations and Budget Preparation. If you are interested in being considered for this position or have more questions please contact the church office.

NURSING HOME SERVICES:

Sunday, July 20th at Aspen Park Health Care Center at 2:00 pm. If you are interested in being involved in the Nursing Home Ministry please contact Steve McClaine at 208-885-5251 or Janet Richards at 208-892-3629.

WEEKLY PRAYER PROMPTS- PRAYING FOR OUR CHILDREN:

Weekly prayer prompts will be avaiable by email. Each Tuesday, you will receive a short bible passage and a prayer prompt drawn from that passage. Please take a moment to pray for our children. If you are interested in participating you can sign-up by filing out the form provided in your bulletin, contacting the church office or signing up at the Informatino table in the Narthex. STRETCH AND TONE CLASSES:

Elizabeth Miller is holding stretch and tone classes at Trinity on Monday evenings from 7:00 ~ 8:00 pm. If you have any questions please contact Elizabeth at 208-882-0723.

CHURCH LIBRARY:

The Church Library will be open on Sunday from 10:10 am ~ 12:30 pm. We have books and DVDs for all ages. There will be someone in the library to assist you. Please remember all children should be accompanied by an adult.

CHRISTIAN WRITERS' GROUP:

The We Is Writers group is a critique group for those who are actively writing (fiction or non-fiction) and would like feedback, advice, writing tips & support. If you are interested in attending or would like more info contact Susan Thomas at 882-9038 or susanethomas@juno.com.

BABY BASKETS:

The Women’s Ministry Committee would like to present each new baby with a basket of baby things. You can help by donating new baby items (unwrapped please). For more info, please contact Nina Staszkow at 208-596-1714.

PRAYER BOARD FOR SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN:

If you have a loved one or friend that is serving in the military and would like for them to be included on the prayer board please contact the church office.
